THE lawyer representing ANCYL president Julius Malema, pictured, failed to file final argument papers to persuade the Equality Court to exonerate his client.

Malema is facing a case of hate speech and harassment after he allegedly told a rally at Peninsula Technikon in Cape Town that Jacob Zuma's rape accuser had enjoyed the intercourse.

Sonke Gender Network is demanding an apology and that Malema donate R50000 to a shelter for abused women.

A clearly irritated magistrate Colleen Collis postponed the case to November 24, after he chastised Tumi Mokwena for not making the effort to inform the court beforehand.
