Magistrate Vanitha Armu of the Durban magistrate's court postponed the case to next Monday because some statements were still outstanding.

On October 23 Mohammed Kollia, 38, was arrested for allegedly being in possession of boxes containing 210000 rounds of ammunition in Durban's Springfield Park.

Kollia, who is out on bail, appeared in court wearing a tie and a blazer with the words: "KwaZulu-Natal Practical Shooting".
