In the first phase of the project Buyisela (give back), 10 eco-towns would be created.
"Buyisela seeks to supplement municipal street cleaning, clean dumpsites and encourage recycling as part of efforts to stop the throw-away mentality," she said.
"We must act now to combat climate change. Investing in ecological infrastructure is as important as building schools, roads, hospitals and houses." - Sapa
