IT IS unacceptable that the Tshwane municipality does not have the resources to ensure that residents are not left without water for long periods.
The lack of service delivery agitates residents who have a right to running water at all times. We understand that problems can occur but it should not take four days to restore the water supply.
We question the competency of both the municipality and its appointed contractors.
Saulsville (Atteridgeville) has had no water since last Monday and the matter was only attended to on Thursday afternoon.
The City of Tshwane should practise the "Batho Pele" initiative.
