He paid tribute to IBF president Marian Muhammad saying: "She heard my call for giving local judges opportunities here and abroad."
Judges Deon Duarte, Alfred Buqwana, Isaac Tshabalala and Wally Snowball have benefited from Milenkovic's campaign.
Tshabalala, Buqwana, Duarte and Snowball have also officiated in big IBF title fights in Mexico, US and Europe.
Tshabalala and Snowball will in fact officiate in the IBF sanctioned 12 rounder for the junior lightweight vacant number two spot on Friday night between Cassius "Hitman" Baloyi and Roberto Arrieta.
This fight will be presented by Branco Sports Production (BSP) at Wembley Arena, south of Johannesburg.
"If our officials are not appointed in such big fights they will never gain experience," said Milenkovic, adding: "I am paying them 15 times more than what they get when officiating in SA title fights." They get around R300.
Meanwhile David Parris will be the third judge with Patrick Russel, both from Manchester, being the third man inside the ring.
Baloyi and Arrieta of Argentina are currently rated fifth and 13th, respectively. The IBF's number one position in the junior lightweight division is held by Mzonke "Rose of Khayelitsha" Fana who has already been approved by the hierarchy of the IBF to challenge champion Robert Guerrero next year.
Baloyi and Fana fight under BSP. Milenkovic announced yesterday that Baloyi and Arrieta would come face to face tomorrow at a media briefing in Auckland Park.
