South Africans are lazy and like short cuts

I AM not pleased with the way my fellow South Africans are operating in terms of making a living.

Our government is transparent enough to everybody but people are lazy to make use of those opportunities to better their lives.

What they know best is to criticise and do nothing. But come striking season and they occupy the front row, chanting at the top of their voices and burning tyres and blocking streets.

People from other countries come here and make small businesses - pushing trolleys to sell fruit and vegetables to better their lives.

My countrymen, on the other hand, prefer short cuts. This is not a solution because our government is there for us.
