"It's good to be back where it all started. The beauty about my homecoming is that I will go back there with my long-time trainer Manny Fernandez," he said.
"We have been separated for two years and I know that people will want to see us fail.
"But we proved even before we parted ways that we are untouchable."
Hlatshwayo last fought there on December 19 2003 when he stopped Irvin Buhlalu over six rounds. Hlatshwayo returns on December 11 to make the voluntary defence.
His opponent is yet to be confirmed from the four names that Fernandez listed yesterday.
They are Rafael Jackiwicz (rated fourth), Jackson Bonsu (rated eighth), Jan Zaveck (11th) and Sebastain Lujuan, who is rated 14th.
Current IBO champion Lovemore "Black Panther" Ndou, who is rated 15th and lives in Australia, had shown great interest in this shootout.
Hlatshwayo's former trainer Nick Durandt had made it clear that Ndou would be their priority. But promoter Branco Milenkovic said: "If Lovemore's baby does not cry, one does not know that the baby is hungry. He has my contact details, he knows what to do."
The fearless Hlatshwayo, who won the IBF belt against American Delvin Rodriguez in America last month, said he had already watched taped fights of the four boxers.
"I don't care," he said. "Any boxer who feels that he has the balls to take me on is welcome. Look, this is a great challenge for both Manny and myself to prove something to people but I won't let it work on my nerves. I know what to do and I will do it well."
