BAFANA Bafana sponsors Castle Lager and Andre Arendse have formed a partnership to urge South Africans to rally behind the national team ahead of the 2010 World Cup.
The beer company has introduced a campaign, known as Castle Super Fans Penalty Shootout, starting with the Bafana Bafana game against Japan in Soweto on November 14.
"Each successful kick will win the team R20000, with a total of R100000 in cash up for grabs," Castle said.
To enter the competition, fans must send an MMS picture of themselves and four friends, dressed as "Superfans", to 082-611-3114.
The lucky team selected will come face to face with Arendse, who served as a goalkeeper for Bafana Bafana when they won the 1996 Africa Cup of Nations.
Entries for the Super Fans Penalty Shootout will close on November 3 and the beer company will select the winning team based on submitted photographs.
