Nicolas Slambee killed Lucinda Samson, 24, after an argument on Tuesday, Captain Joe Wilson said.
"He sent an SMS to his parents, saying he is sorry for what he did. After receiving the SMS his mother rushed to the address and found him hanging from a rope and contacted the police." Paramedics declared the two dead on the scene. - Sapa
