DRUGS CASE DELAYED

THREE top West Rand policemen accused of selling confiscated drugs back to criminals had their case postponed in the Johannesburg high court yesterday.

THREE top West Rand policemen accused of selling confiscated drugs back to criminals had their case postponed in the Johannesburg high court yesterday.

There was no judge available to hear the case, which will now be heard later this month.

Senior Superintendent Dumisani Jwara, Captain Landro Mokgosani and Captain Victor Jwili were themselves drug busters attached to Krugersdorp's organised crime unit.

The fourth man arrested with them, Captain Caiphus Shange, died in custody of natural causes in July.
