SUZUKA, Japan - Victory in Japan on Sunday might almost feel like a home win for Formula One leader Jenson Button and would be even sweeter if it brought the world title as well.

The Briton, who needs to beat Brawn teammate Rubens Barrichello by five points on Sunday to be sure of the championship, shied away from talking about the big prize yesterday.

But he was happy to declare his love for the Suzuka circuit, returning to the GP calendar after a two-year absence, and Japan in general. "I'm looking forward to the weekend. it's a great circuit," he said.

Button said he felt well rested after last Sunday's Singapore Grand Prix. - Reuters
