My 17-year-old daughter was born in Philadelphia Hospital in Mpumalanga. I wanted to apply for her identity document and was told to get her birthcard from her birth place.

I drove to Mpumalanga where I received good service from Sister E Motsepe and her colleague. The women showed dedication to their work. Keep up the good work.
