SOUTH African inside centre Wayne Julies has signed a two-year deal with French club Aix-en-Provence.

SOUTH African inside centre Wayne Julies has signed a two-year deal with French club Aix-en-Provence.

The 30-year-old Julies, who played 11 Tests for the Springboks, has already left the Blue Bulls to join the French club.

Julies was first selected for the Springboks in 1999 after playing for SA schools and the Under-21 team. He made his provincial debut for Boland in 1999 and represented the Cheetahs, Lions and Eagles. He also played for the Bulls, Cats and Stormers in a previous incarnation of the Super 14. - Sapa-AP
