"Buyers who attended previous Score auctions will know that the merchandise is top quality and has been extremely well maintained," says Aucor's Matthew Henderson. "These will be unreserved auctions and everything must go to the highest bidder."
Up for sale is bakery equipment, including a Macdams rotary oven, heavy duty dough mixer, cake mixer, bread moulder, bun divider, under-bar fridges, stainless steel preparation tables and sinks, pricing scales and deli display fridges.
Butchery equipment comprises a 5m x 3m walk-in Chromadeck fridge, butcher's bandsaw, 52L mincer, sausage filler, tenderizer, vacuum packer, bone saw and a stainless steel meat mixer.
There are also a number of display fridges, gondola shelves, a soft-serve ice-cream machine, check-out counters, turnstiles, a kiosk counter and numerous shopping trolleys and baskets.
Rounding off the same is a 6m x 3m walk-in Chromadeck coldroom/freezer, industrial shelving, pallet trolleys and a 20Kva silent generator.
The first auction will take place on Tuesday, September 15 at 10am in-store at the Gamuphuteng Centre, Khumalo Road, Katlehong. The second auction is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, at 10am at Jan Mielie Street, Pongola Plaza, Pongola. Viewing will take place the day prior to both auctions from 9am to 4pm.
