KAGISHO Dikgacoi joined English Premier League club Fulham from Lamontville Golden Arrows for an undisclosed fee yesterday.

Dikgacoi agreed to a two-year contract with the west London club after impressing during a pre-season trial at Craven Cottage.

The 24-year-old has made 28 appearances for South Africa since breaking into the team two years ago and featured in all five of their recent Confederations Cup matches.

Dikgacoi told Fulham's website: "I am so happy that my transfer to Fulham has been finalised. I have spent most of the summer training with the players and getting to know them and all of the coaching staff.

"I have been given a wonderful chance to be part of a fantastic team playing in one of the best leagues in the world, this is something very special to me and an opportunity that I am going to grab with both hands." - Sapa-AFP
