PLATINUM Stars are giving Manqoba Mngqithi sleepless nights.

Golden Arrows coach Mngqithi says that Stars are now coached by former Under-23 boss Steve Komphela, who has reinforced their squad.

"I've not seen (Stars) in action this season," said Mnqithi ahead of their Absa Premiership clash at Chatsworth today at 3pm.

Mngqithi said of his charges, now top of the log and MTN8 finalists: "My boys will have to get their feet back on the ground quickly (after beating AmaZulu) to match our visitors pound for pound."

Stars beefed up their squad with players like Japanese striker Norikazu Murakami and will be out to improve their 13th spot on the log after a goalless draw with Jomo Sono and a 1-0 loss to AmaZulu.
