Former welterweight champion Zab Judah will also meet Antonio Diaz in a 65kg fight at the MGM Grand Garden, while lightweight Australian brawler Michael Katsidis will take on former US Olympian Vicente Escobedo.
Richard Schaefer, chief executive of Golden Boy Promotions, said Mayweather made the financial concessions necessary to stack the card. John fought Juarez to a draw in February before backing out of the first rematch date because of illness. - Sapa
