This Nigerian has made great strides since she made her professional debut on April 2 2002, chalking up six wins against two defeats and a draw.
Her manager Mike Tetteh is convinced that his charge will be crowned the new WBF International welterweight champion on August 28 after her fight with current champion Noni Tenge.
Tenge, whose enormous skills are perfected by Lennox Mpulampula and Steven Sam at the NU8 Club in Mdantsane, will bid for a first defence.
The fight will take place at East London's Orient Theatre.
Tenge won this title in January against Tetteh's other charge, Gifty Ankrah, in a closely contested 10-rounder that pundits believed Tenge won because she fought at home in East London.
"Trust me, Yinka Adeoti is better than Gifty and let me assure you that she will give Noni the fight of her life," warned Tetteh.
"We have been preparing for this fight since April."
Loyiso Mtya, Boxing SA's acting chief executive, is excited.
"This tournament does not only coincide with the Women's Month but it is also historic in that it is the first anywhere in the world where four titles in the female section will be fought for in the same bill," said the man who was at the forefront of female boxing here.
"It all began in 2007 in KwaZulu-Natal. Provincial governments have always been supportive.
"Watch this space for even bigger things in the future," Mtya added.
Tenge's stablemate Unathi Myekeni will defend her WBF International junior featherweight title against Adeoti's compatriot, Hellen Joseph while Bomkazi Klaas and Queen Tshabalala will fight for the SA middleweight strap.
Rita Mrwebi and Ester Mashiya will fight for the national junior middleweight strap.
