Who knows, he could be continuing his nefarious business elsewhere or cooling off from the heat generated by our investigation, which showed him lining his pockets by illegally selling RDP homes to the poor.
We are happy that Ntuli was promptly suspended by his bosses after the scandal broke but disappointed that the police have still not arrested him - a month after the exposé.
How are his victims supposed to feel in the face of such apparent official indifference to the case and the failure to get him to answer for his misdeeds?
