Chiefs face arch-rivals Orlando Pirates in the second semifinal at noon - a match made all the more intriguing by the fact that the Buccaneers will want revenge for their last derby defeat to Chiefs in the Vodacom Challenge.
Come what may, said Ntuka, Chiefs will be ready.
"I know this match will be even more competitive and they will come at us harder than they did before.
"But Chiefs players have character and will withstand the 90 minutes of constant pressure," Ntuka said.
In addition to Tshabalala and Letsholonyane, Wayne Matle, captain Jimmy Tau and Thomas Sweswe will be also be missing from coach Vladimir Vermezovic's team. But Ntuka is not bothered, as he believes that all Chiefs players are more than capable of handling themselves.

The Swaziland international said he could not wait to don the colours of his new club.
"The Telkom Charity will give me the opportunity to make a good first impression for the club and I don't want to disappoint. "Even though I didn't have a chance to play in the Vodacom Challenge, it was nice to be on the bench against Chiefs in Port Elizabeth," Masina said.
The first semifinal, between Sundowns and Platinum Stars, kicks off at 10am. The final will be played at 5pm.
