Fiba and the National Basketball Association are bringing some of the best players in the world to help in the development of the sport from September 2 to 6.

Malesela Maleka said they appreciated the support from Fiba and NBA to develop the sport in Africa.
"We are delighted that Fiba and NBA have also asked us to select coaches who will also be trained when they are here for Basketball Without Borders Africa.
"African countries select youngsters to be part of this programme where some of the best players will spend a week with them eating, sleeping and drinking basketball.
"For us, we have submitted the names of our Under-16 players to NBA to attend the Basketball Without Borders Africa.
"NBA have also promised to organise a 90-minute coaching workshop conducted by NBA coaches and personnel to strengthen the development of coaching techniques and methods in South Africa."
Basketball Without Borders is a week-long elite basketball development camp for the top youth players on the African continent.
The camp also provides an opportunity for local coaches to gain valuable insight from NBA coaches and personnel while acting as assistant coaches for the camp.
Maleka also announced that Basketball Without Borders Africa will take place in Dakar, Senegal, next year because of the 2010 World Cup.
