Mamelodi Sundowns will play against Platinum Stars in the first semifinal match at Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace at 10am.
The Buccaneers and Amakhosi meet in the second semifinal clash at noon.

Sundowns' communications manager Alex Shakoane also confirmed the signing of Lebohang Mokoena from Orlando Pirates, a move that will be closely monitored, as Mokoena has not been active for some time.
Saturday's match between Chiefs and Pirates will be round two of the Soweto derby in nine days after both sides met in the Vodacom Challenge match in Port Elizabeth on Thursday.
But amid vows of vengeance by the white and black on their sworn enemies and Stars' assertion that they will get yet another Downs coach fired - it was Shakoane who stole the spotlight by announcing the signing of Zothwane, a midfielder who was once the subject of a bitter feud between Lamontville Golden Arrows and Chiefs.
"By signing these players, we want the supporters to know that we appreciate them putting us in a position where we can try and rectify our mistakes again," Shakaone said. "Lebohang is a quality player who will deliver with the right kind of conditioning. We have already lost 80% of our pre-season matches and therefore have no doubt that we will use Stars as a stepping stone to being in the final and eventually capturing the cup on Saturday."
Said Stars' Aubrey Molobi: "We want to reward the Bafokeng nation and everyone who voted for us with a solid performance. We are a team to be reckoned with and as you know, our coach Steve Komphela is a motivator who will get the best out of the players. We will also unveil an international striker on the day," said Molobi.
Having rubbished reports attributed to chairperson Kaizer Motaung, that Amakhosi wanted to pull out of the tournament, Thebe Mohatle promised that they "will do the business" against Bucs, before walking out with the crown.
Pirates' Mickey Modisane said the Buccaneers were anxious to "rid themselves" of the stigma of their loss to Chiefs last week.
