ETHEKWINI municipality has set up contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to services in and around Durban when trade unions down tools today after wage negotiations deadlocked.

ETHEKWINI municipality has set up contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to services in and around Durban when trade unions down tools today after wage negotiations deadlocked.

Officials hope to ensure that essential services such as water and sanitation, electricity, health care, the metropolitan police and emergency services are unaffected.
