Protests may be only option

I DON'T support people making their areas ungovernable by burning tyres in the streets and looting, but I strongly believe that for people to get what they want they need to resort to some strong measures at their disposal.

If violence worked for Khutsong, why not other areas? Our government has got the tendency of focusing resources on "prominent" townships like Soweto and ignoring other areas.

Change and improvement is evident in Soweto but in other areas you will find scant change and at a snail's pace.

I'm conscious of the fact that this is a new government but we are expecting change sooner than later. Remember that we have been waiting for the past 15 years and still voted for ANC, is this blind loyalty or what?
