By announcing that the new crime plan will be called "Operation Wanya Tsotsi", which translated means that criminals will defecate, Mbalula contrived to ensure that we paid inordinate attention to the name rather than the plan.
He should remember that he is no longer a leader of a youth formation given to inflammatory language.
