- constitution or articles of association or deed of trust,
- signed audited financial statements of the two recent years,
- certified copy of the organisation's registration certificate, and
- a certified copy of the main contact person's ID.
l Applications are then processed and adjudicated.
l Applications go to an oversight committee to ensure consistent decisions.
l Successful applicants receive a grant agreement.
l The agreement and the letter advising the applicant of the successful decision have to be signed by the applicant and returned with any other information needed.
l The agreement is then verified by the legal team.
l Applicants must submit a progress report to show how the previous money was used, for the next payment to be made.
l The report is read and presented to the relevant distributing agent for approval, after which payment is processed.
l Unsuccessful applicants are advised of the reasons for not receiving grants.
l The whole funding process takes one year and two months to unfold.
