The management of Unisa at the Polokwane campus must put their house in order, as their service is despicable.

The management of Unisa at the Polokwane campus must put their house in order, as their service is despicable.

I have experienced a lot of poor service at the campus and I thought it would improve but now I think things are just getting worse.

Whoever is the director of the campus does not have a clue on how to manage an institution.

The sad thing is that the students are the ones who suffer while some people get fat pay cheques. For what?

On Tuesday I went to the campus to pay my fees and was turned back because staff members were said to be in a workshop.

On several occasions during the registration period we had to wait for very long hours in a queue, because the staff were in a meeting.

My tests were cancelled on several occasions because the lecturer was on leave.

Why don't they get another lecturer to sit in for her?

The only thing that the lecturer does is to enter students' exam marks in the log book. How difficult is that?

In terms of university rules, students have to be seated 30 minutes before a test.

Though we understand the rules and procedures and respect them, it becomes a problem when the rules are applied inconsistently.

To the management of Unisa in Limpopo, I want to say: your conduct is messing with people's careers.
