Sowetan did the homework for you and found things to make sure you are entertained.

Winter schools are always worth checking out because they make the study load lighter during the term.

But Grade 12 students should have more than enough work to do this holiday in preparation for their final examinations.

Wits Star School is offering classes from July 6 to 11 for Grades 10 to 12 students. Each subject costs R250 for one-and-a-half hours of lessons a day.

The University of Pretoria is also running classes for Grade 12 students from July 6 to 10. The cost is R700 for a full four-day package.

If you think you are the next Alexander Graham Bell, use the winter holiday to prepare your invention for the Science Expo in Ekurhuleni on August 14.
