We reported last week that Dlamini would defend against Mark Davis in the undercard of Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather's fight with Juan Marquez in Las Vegas on July 18.
But Mayweather damaged a cartilage in his ribs and his fight has been postponed until September, with the date still to be confirmed.
Dlamini refuses to sit idle and has instead dared Klassen, Namibian Paulos "Hitman" Moses (WBA champ), Ali "Rush Hour" Funeka and Philip "Time Bomb" Ndou to fight him.
"The country must see who is the real man. There can't be too many bulls in one kraal," said "The Shark" from Esikhawini in KwaZulu-Natal.
This pugilist who has left 12 of his 19 victims gasping for air is honed in Gauteng by Warren Hulley.
Dlamini's audacity has annoyed Klassen. The IBF junior lightweight holder is in camp for the unification bout with WBO holder Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero in Houston, Texas on August 22.
"Your report makes him hoity-toity. He is a nobody. He must go and play marbles in the sand.
"If beating a washed-up Gary St Clair makes him the man then he must challenge for the SA title," advised Klassen.
Ndou welcomed the challenge but suggested that Dlamini must wait until he is done with Lovemore Ndou (no relation).
The showdown for the IBO welterweight belt will be presented by Golden Gloves at Emperors Palace in Ekurhuleni on July 11.
Dingaan Thobela, who manages Moses, said that Hulley had ducked and dived when they were offered the fight last year.
"Anyway, Warren knows the procedure. We will gladly accommodate Mlungisi once the WBA approves his challenge," he said.
Funeka was not available for comment yesterday.
Whoever takes the offer will be richly rewarded, Dlamini said.
"A big sponsor is waiting," said the man who prefers Klassen to be his opponent because "I will stop him early".
