PRETORIA high court has ordered the immediate reinstatement of four Mpumalanga education department officials who were suspended on charges of corruption relating to the multimillion-rand scholar transport case in 2005.
The court found no evidence linking the four to the charges and granted them a permanent stay of prosecution. It also ordered that they be reinstated at once.
