"The challenges include high rates of unemployment, poverty, low levels of education and skills, threats of HIV-Aids, substance abuse and crime," she said at the provincial celebration of Youth Day at Ramatlabama village.

Modiselle said the provincial government would continue to intensify the expanded public works programme to provide opportunities for the youth. - Sapa
