INNOCENT "Ayobayo" Mayoyo is likely to return to Limpopo, but this time around he is expected to go to the far north to join the Black Leopards, who do not yet have a coach.

Sowetan has learnt that Mayoyo has been negotiating a contract with Lidoda Duvha through his manager Mike Mokwetle.

Leopards' boss David Thidiela could not confirm or deny any relationship with the former Winnerspark, Dynamos and Mpumalanga Black Aces coach.

"We are in talks with many coaches. We will be announcing our new coach in two weeks time," said Thidiela yesterday.

Mokwetle said yesterday Mayoyo is still contracted to Winnerspark and that he is in no way linked to Leopards.

"We are still negotiating with many clubs. We will only talk about Mayoyo's next move during the week," Mokwetle said.

Contrary to Mokwetle's utterances, Winnerspark's general manager Trevor "TL" Lekalakala said Mayoyo's contract with the club expired on May 2 during their last match with University of Pretoria.
