"We will organise marches and disrupt the Confederations Cup if nothing is done," Moutse Demarcation Forum organiser Seun Mogotji said.
Their demands include that the manager, mayor and councillors, whom they accused of mismanaging municipal funds, should be suspended.
Mogotji said they want Moutse, which straddles Mpumalanga and Limpopo, to fall under Mpumalanga. - Sapa
