PETROL pump prices will rise by 16 cents a litre, or about two percent, while diesel prices will fall by the same margin from June 3, the government said on Friday.

A statement from the energy department said the pump price for the 95 grade petrol in Gauteng will rise to R7,51/l from R7,35/l and it is now R7,26/l at the coast.
