Under-15s to fight it out

Supersport Tottenham begin the defence of their Manchester United under-15 Premier Cup with a tough encounter against Santos at the Safa Soweto's Kliptown grounds today.

The Solly Luvhengo-coached youngsters were crowned champions last year when they beat Moroka Swallows in the final.

The winners of the tournament are guaranteed a place at the world finals at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United in England, in August.

All the games kick off at 10.30am. They will be played on four fields by 16 top South African under-15 teams.

Luvhengo is on record as saying he would love to win it again "because the experience I and the players gained was great."

It wont be easy with teams like Orlando Pirates, Harmony Academy, School of Excellence and Ajax Cape Town in attendance.
