The draw takes place just five weeks before the kickoff of the January 10 to 31 tournament in Angola, later than usual because the 2010 World Cup qualifiers are only completed on November 14.
The qualifiers for the World Cup finals in South Africa are also being used to determine the 16-team field for the Cup of Nations. - Reuters
