What to eat for extra energy

TRY and eat smaller portions more frequently because eating big meals can sometimes make you sluggish and drowsy.

Dark vegetables such as spinach contain more nutrients than light vegetables.

Other great vegetable choices include broccoli and sweet potatoes.

Peanut butter sandwiches, tuna or chicken salad, scrambled egg or red meat are also high in energy.

There is no better pre-exam breakfast than porridge.
