The 28-year-old socialite - who is dating The Hills star Doug Reinhardt - plans to contact Price to offer her a shoulder to cry on after her split from husband Peter Andre.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: "I will call her later and talk to her.
" I've never met Peter so I can't talk about him.
"The advice I'd give her is to not read the papers or Internet because nobody wants to be nice."
Andre, 36, was expected to see lawyers yesterday to sign papers that will begin divorce proceedings. He is also planning to file for access to the three children they raise together - three-year-old son Junior, 23-month-old Princess Tiaamii and Katie's son Harvey, six.
Paris said she admired Katie for juggling motherhood and a multi-million business empire. -Bang
