Teaching resumed at the Sithengile High School in Claremont, Durban, yesterday after pupils where allegedly overcome by "evil spirits" on Tuesday.
Fifty girls started screaming during the morning assembly.
Pastor Bhukuyise Zondi said: "I was called to the school and joined the community and other religious groups in the area for a prayer."
