Unisa is being run like a spaza shop. You register and stay four to five months without getting the required study material.

They are quick to tell students that they owe fees and quick to cancel your modules as well. They change the rules without giving reasons. They even expect students to travel to venues at exam time - instead of writing at their nearest centres.

Unisa is only interested in making money and does not take the interest of its students into consideration. If Prof Barney Pityana can't manage, then he should step down.
