Police and SA National Defence Force divers were yesterday still battling to recover the bodies of three members of the South African Air Force who were killed during a aircraft accident on Tuesday morning.
The three, who were stationed at 17 Squadron, Zwartkops Air Force Base, are believed to have drowned when their helicopter crashed into Woodstock Dam in the upper Tugela in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
Police said divers were still battling to recover the bodies yesterday.
