Two ATMs bombed
Two ATMs were bombed at the KaNyamazane shopping complex near Nelspruit early yesterday.
Police said that according to information at their disposal, more than 12 men travelling in several vehicles, including a black Toyota Runex, were responsible for the bombings and a break in.
The criminals first bombed the Nedbank ATM before breaking down the door of Capitec Bank, apparently to gain access to the ATM inside.
Mpumalanga police organised crime unit spokesman Captain Leonard Hlathi said no money was taken from any of the ATMs and that no arrests had been made.
