History will be made in Soweto when a professional wrestling event takes place at Orlando Communal Hall on Saturday.
The inaugural show is staged by the Ananzi Pro Wrestling Academy (APWA) in conjunction with WWP Thunderstrike and starts at 7pm.
Kobus Erasmus, owner and manager of the academy, said they want to develop professional wrestling in the sprawling township.
In one of the bouts, superstar "The Man Mountain" Kilimanjaro from Nigeria will defend his All African heavyweight title against Terry Midoux from France.
