Johnny Dladla, its head of the 2010 project, will also address the gathering on their plans for the World Cup.
Sapp's other roles include regulated policies, planning and operation as well as creating synergies with government, power utilities and financial agencies. Member countries include South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Angola, Lesotho, Lesotho, Namibia, DR Congo, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
