The judiciary and courts not impartial

After the NPA's ruling on Jacob Zuma, one must ask whether the judiciary is contaminated or not. During Zuma's protracted legal battle two cases stand out: The ruling in his favour in the Gauteng south high court after the Scorpions raided his home and office. This was overturned by the Supreme Court of Appeal and upheld by the Constitutional Court. And the same scenario played itself out in the Judge Nicholson case, where the Appeal Court was the executioner.

These rulings give the impression that our courts may not be as impartial as required by the Constitution.
