Take time to pick the right fit

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?

I love looking at how the product that I have selected and designed is doing in stores.

It gives me a great indication of what my customer likes and dislikes, which helps me to plan my ranges going forward.

There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that your great ideas are loved by your customers.

Do you have a personal passion for lingerie?

Definitely, which woman doesn't!

I believe that all women identify with the sense of confidence you get knowing that you are wearing a gorgeous set of lingerie!

Do you ever have to travel for your job? If so where have you travelled to?

Yes, mostly to London and New York to keep up to date with what's hot and to the East to visit suppliers.

What has your most interesting experience abroad been?

I think seeing how amazing the assortment is in the stores overseas and getting excited about being able to bring all those wonderful ideas back for the South African customer. I would spend hours shopping if I could afford it all!

What top five tips would you give ladies to help them get the right fit?

l Firstly, take the time to try on styles and see what gives you the best look.

l Secondly, remember that no two bras are the same. Just because you're a 34B in a T-shirt bra doesn't mean that you're a 34B in all other styles.

l Thirdly, remember there are cross sizes, if you fit into a 34B but feel that the bra is too loose around your body then try a 32C.

l Fourthly, don't be so conscious of the size you take, so many women squash into a smaller bra because they don't want to think of themselves as being a DD.

l Lastly get measured in any Temptations store by a sales consultant to make sure that you're wearing the best size for you. - Keitumetse Segoa
