Captain Bhekizizwe Mavundla yesterday said the guard was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the robbery while on his way to pick up his last salary from his employer after he resigned following the robbery.
The guard had since been charged with business robbery and was expected to appear in the Johannesburg magistrate's court today.
Mavundla said police investigations were continuing to find other suspects. - Sapa
