So the ANC has decided to apologise for their poor HIV-Aids policy. Whoop-de-doo. It's a bit late. Are they even aware that their denialst policy caused a holocaust? And for this they apologise?

Figures have put the death toll as a result of Dr Beetroot's failure to roll out ARVs between 330000 and three million. In Free State, more than 30 people a day died. An average of three months means that 2700 people died because the state believed they knew better than world experts that ARVs don't work. On behalf of all those I've seen pass away, I don't accept the apology.
