The victory also allowed South Africa to stretch their World Series lead over England to 28 points.
South Africa deserved their title as they first had to overcome New Zealand and Fiji before their convincing display against Kenya on the third and final day of the tournament.
This was sweet revenge for South Africa who lost 15-14 to Kenya in their last pool game.
Paul Treu's team went into the break with a 14-7 lead after tries by Robert Ebersohn and Vuyo Zangqa. The Kenyan captain Humphrey Kayange replied with a fine converted effort.
Kenya came out from the break attacking but SA held firm.
Kenya looked dangerous in possession but experience saw SA run in two unanswered.
SA leads the series on 104 points with the London and Edinburgh tournaments remaining.
