Difficult for South Africans to vote abroad

How are South Africans living overseas going to vote in the general elections?

In Australia the IEC will only open the high commission in Canberra . This means that thousands of South Africans in Perth and elsewhere will have difficulty voting.

South Africans in the US will have to travel to Washington DC or New York . And London will have to handle the influx of up to 40000 voters in the UK.

Any political party interested in democracy would argue for a simpler system to put the Constitutional Court's ruling into practice.
